I always have a good experience when I go to Publix they are so friendly and nice and they will help you I would recommend it for anybody it's a pleasure to shop at Publix
I am not very Mobil and i have to ride the motor chair. Though a lot of the stuff i buy are either too high or too low. But the store does offer helpers to help me with my whole shopping trip. The store is always clean and plenty smiles and caring employees making the shopping trip well worth shopping at Publix.
The only complaint we have is with their bakery. We have gotten home NUMEROUS times with dry stale breads, donuts, cakes and several other bakery items. We do not buy from their bakery any more at all.
This is a terrible Publix I have ever been, I came 2 time and any time the cashie doesn’t know how to make the purchase right, she alway run two time for my card but she is not the more worse than the manager, she such as a terrible manager I have ever seen, doesn’t how to correct the payment wrong by the cashie. If I can give zero star I will because I never been the Publix like that, all different Publix have really good services
Bakery staff consisted of an elder gent and beautiful young lady. They apologized for the 'slim pickings' since there wasn't anything I came after. I told them it was like this in every Publix in Central Florida due to hurricane Irma.
I was GRATEFUL for what I did get. These two are outstanding people persons and a huge asset to the Publix in Eustis at David Walker road.
Everyone always goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best service possible. Their meats and veggies are first rate with plenty of choices. The deli is top shelf.
