Great store!
Called the Leesburg location because my refrigerator died. Told them about my urgency and was told come in...we will help you. My experience was I was jerked around and then told I would be getting a refrigerator on Thursday....4 days later. Unacceptable. Amber and John just wanted to make a sale. The appliances were dirty and nasty. John had no manners....was filling out a firm and he didn't even say excuse me when he looked under the sheet to see if there was a document. He simply stated fill this out....not telling me why I had to fill out the another form. Who does this?
Went to the Eustis location. Serviced by Bill and Marvin. Extremely professional and really wanted to help. The entire process was seamless. They valued my time. Nevertheless, I got the refrigerator and it was delivered the same day!!!! Thank you Eustis location for caring.
If have bad credit this is a great option to buy home furnishings or electronics. Especially when you take advantage of the same day same as cash.
